1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment is received and confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard nationwide shipping within South Africa:

Major Cities & Metros: 3–5 working days
Outlying Areas & Small Towns: 7–9 working days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a specified value (when applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s the wrong size or an unexpected issue, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process any requests made after this period.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, intimate apparel, or accessories (for hygiene reasons), unless they are defective.
Returns due to sizing can be exchanged but are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please email us at returns@dripkulture.co.za with your order number and request.
Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability.
You may be responsible for additional courier fees for exchange deliveries.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@dripkulture.co.za with photos and a clear description of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
