Delivery Timeframes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer standard nationwide shipping within South Africa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Major Cities &amp; Metros:<\/strong> 3\u20135 working days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outlying Areas &amp; Small Towns:<\/strong> 7\u20139 working days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please note:<\/em> These are estimated delivery windows. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Window<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request a return, exchange, or refund within <strong>15 days of receiving your order<\/strong>. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed within <strong>5\u201310 working days<\/strong>, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping fees are non-refundable<\/strong> unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
